We are looking for a Python QA / Automation Lead to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
• Develop automation strategies and testing methodologies
• Analyze automation failures and improve test coverage
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Lead a small team and drive quality initiatives
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and quality improvements

Requirements

• 6-8 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in automation testing
• Strong expertise in Python, Selenium, Pytest, and Appium
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and automation frameworks
• Team leadership experience preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to collaborate with global teams and attend occasional night meetings
