This position is responsible to follow the defined Automation Test Strategy and Test Plan, create and execute automation test cases, Framework and understanding of functional aspects.
Experience
10 12 Years
Mandatory Skills And Key Responsibilities
10+ years of experience in functional and automation testing.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proven experience in test automation using Selenium and/or Playwright. And any BDD framework etc..
Experience in building automation framework
Experience with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Experience in handling automation teams.
Experience working on large, complex software projects.
Complete understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA Methodology.
Experience In Reviewing Functional Requirements And Identifying Test Cases.
Proficient in Test Case design and execution.
Review software changes to define an effective regression test plan
Review testing results, report issues, and work with other teams to resolve defects.
Experience with agile methodology and defect management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
Collaborate with QA Engineers, Developers, and Product Managers to understand project requirements and define test automation strategies.
Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline testing processes.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members on best practices for test automation.
Monitor test results, analyze failures, and work with the team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in test automation and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
