Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities -

1. Design and implement AI-driven test automation frameworks for web, API, and data platforms Leverage AI tools (e.g., self-healing scripts, test generation, predictive analysis) to improve QA efficiency Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.

2. Integrate AI-based testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines Build intelligent test data generation and test case optimization strategies Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies Analyze defects using AI-assisted root cause analysis techniques.

3. Drive shift-left testing practices and continuous testing approaches.

4. Evaluate and recommend new AI/ML tools and frameworks for QA automation.

5. Mentor team members on AI adoption in QA processes

Required Skills & Qualifications -

1. 5+ years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.

2. Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, etc.)

3. Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in testing

4. Experience with AI-powered tools like Testim, Functionize, Mabl, or similar Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

5. Experience in API and data testing Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
