Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to build and scale a strong quality assurance practice in a healthcare environment. The role focuses on ensuring high software reliability across the entire development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define QA strategy, test plans, and risk assessment
- Build automation frameworks (API, UI, End-to-End)
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Validate AI workflows and system integrations
- Ensure compliance with FHIR/HL7 and healthcare standards
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor defects and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of QA Automation experience
- Strong in Python/Java (Selenium, Playwright, pytest, RestAssured)
- API testing (REST, GraphQL, Postman)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Docker/Kubernetes basics
Preferred
- Healthcare domain (EMR/HIS, FHIR/HL7)
- IoT/IoMT or real-time systems
- BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Behave)
- Exposure to AI/ML or conversational AI testing
