Salesforce Automation Tester / Engineer
Location: Chennai
What you'll do:
- Test Salesforce applications using both manual and automation testing.
- Create and maintain automation scripts using AccelQ (preferred) or Selenium.
- Perform API testing using REST and SOAP with tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or Rest Assured.
- Test Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations with other systems.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Support automation in CI/CD pipelines.
- Log and track defects using Jira, qTest, or similar tools.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills:
- Experience testing Salesforce applications.
- Hands-on experience with AccelQ or Selenium.
- Good knowledge of REST/SOAP API testing.
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Jira, qTest, or similar defect management tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodology and CI/CD practices.
