About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (Playwright or Selenium) who will be responsible for ensuring that all our digital products- Mobile applications (Android, Flutter), websites (NEXT.js, React), and backend systems, meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, logical, and organized, with a strong technical understanding of both automation and manual testing processes. You will work closely with developers to write, maintain, and optimize test cases, ensuring every deployment is smooth, bug-free, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end product quality across Android applications, NEXT.js and React websites, and backend systems.
• Write, execute, and maintain test cases for all applications and ensure they are updated as systems evolve.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of all test cases and testing processes.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and fix bugs quickly, ensuring high-quality releases.
• Use Playwright, Selenium, and Postman for automation and API testing.
• Analyze bugs, log issues, and track them through resolution using project management tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test automation frameworks, and standards.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks, automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress), and API testing. 
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC). 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. 

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Python/Node.js for writing test scripts.
• Strong understanding of programming languages: Node, Java, Dart, JavaScript.
• Database familiarity: Firebase, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Experience with Postman, Playwright, and Selenium.
• Working knowledge of REST API testing (Postman/Newman, curl, or pytest requests).
• Excellent test case organization and documentation abilities.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders.

• Bug-Free Deployments: Measured reduction in critical post-deployment issues.
• Number of Deployments: Increased volume of stable and verified releases.
• Speed of Testing: Reduced turnaround time between builds and QA sign-off.
• Test Coverage: Comprehensive test case coverage across all modules and products.
