An engineer who writes automation that holds up — not brittle scripts that break on the next build. Fluent in TypeScript, thinks in page objects and stable locators, and treats a flaky test as a bug to fix, not a nuisance to rerun. Already using AI coding assistants to move faster, and curious to push that edge further . A builder of reliable suites, not a click -through tester. TARGET POOL Where do we look Product - and engineering-led organisations where automation is a first-class discipline and QA engineers write real code — Thought Works, EPAM, GlobalLogic, Publicis Sapient, BrowserStack, Postman, Freshworks, Razorpay, Flipkart, and other tech-led companies with mature CI/CD and SDET cultures.

BACKGROUND

Where do you come from 4–6 years in QA / test automation with hands-on delivery across web and native mobile. You've built and maintained suites in Playwright + TypeScript (web) and Appium (Android/iOS), run them in CI/CD (Jenkins), and managed code in Git with pull-request reviews. Solid manual and exploratory testing fundamentals, and comfortable turning requirements and scenarios into executable, automation-ready test cases.

CHARACTER

What kind of person Obsessed with reliability and clean, maintainable code. Curious, self-driven, and quick to adopt AI-assisted ways of working. Reads a failure and wants to know why. Takes owner ship of the suites they build and cares that the reports tell a clear story.
