Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead / Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Tosca automation and SAP application testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP and integrated applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and strategies for SAP applications using Tricentis Tosca.
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for SAP ECC, SAP GUI, Fiori, and web-based applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, ensuring best practices in automation design and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and SAP stakeholders to understand business processes and ensure end-to-end automation coverage.
- Analyze automation test results, identify defects, and support defect triage and resolution processes.
- Ensure automation integration with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous testing initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging test automation tools, methodologies, and SAP enhancements.
- Prepare automation status reports, dashboards, and metrics to communicate progress and quality.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1013 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation, with a strong focus on Tosca.
- Proven hands-on experience automating SAP applications (SAP ECC, SAP GUI, Fiori) using Tosca.
- Solid understanding of SAP modules, workflows, and business processes.
- Experience in leading automation teams and coordinating testing activities in large, complex SAP environments.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as OpenText ALM / Quality Center (good to have).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps integration (CI/CD).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to API testing using Tosca.
- Experience in risk-based testing and test data management using Tosca.
- Understanding of Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD tools.
