Role Description This full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Automation Engineer role at NANCE Engenharia is based in Jaipur. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with developers and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing test cases, performing manual and automated testing, identifying and documenting defects, and verifying fixes. The role involves participating in requirement reviews, refining acceptance criteria, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards. The engineer will also monitor test results, maintain test data and environments, and help ensure product releases meet quality, performance, and reliability expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Quality Assurance principles and practices, including test planning, defect management, and process improvement.
• Experience designing and executing detailed Test Cases and scenarios aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Hands-on Manual Testing skills for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in Software Testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience in QA Automation, including building and maintaining automated test suites using common tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#) for automation development.
• Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and bug tracking tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Jira).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; relevant testing certifications are a plus.
