Hands-on experience with Robot Framework
Selenium / UI automation expertise
API automation (Pytest/Postman/REST)
Test framework development experience
CI/CD exposure (Jenkins/Git)
SQL and debugging skills
Agile/Scrum exposure

Preferred:

Appium or mobile automation
BDD/Cucumber
Cloud testing exposure
