About the Role

BRAHMA AI is hiring a QA Automation Engineer to support testing, automation, and quality assurance initiatives across enterprise-grade web and cloud applications.

This role is ideal for QA professionals who enjoy automation testing, API testing, cloud-based application testing, CI/CD integration, and improving product quality in fast-paced engineering environments.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, DevOps teams, and engineering stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases, strong test coverage, and scalable QA practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases across web and cloud applications
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, BrowserStack, or similar tools
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to improve test coverage and release quality
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Support CI/CD testing workflows and automated deployment validation
• Contribute to QA process improvements and testing best practices
• Work with DevOps teams to improve release reliability and automation efficiency
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to scalable QA strategies
• Stay updated on emerging automation and AI-driven testing technologies

What We're Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Strong hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, BrowserStack, or similar tools
• Good programming or scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, RestAssured, or related tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps workflows is preferred
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and release processes
• Excellent analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills

Good to Have

• Experience in media workflows, streaming platforms, or digital asset management systems
• Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or AI product environments
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
• ISTQB or related QA certifications
