What You'll Be Doing

• Framework Architecture: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for our cross-platform mobile applications
• Test Acceleration: Integrate GenAI coding assistants and modern testing suites to accelerate script generation and enable predictive risk analysis
• Backend Validation: Design and execute comprehensive functional and load tests against backend APIs
• CI/CD Integration: Seamlessly embed automated test suites into deployment pipelines and manage physical, virtual, and cloud-based mobile test environments
• App Stores Compliance: Validate mobile applications against mandatory App Store and Google Play Store policies, including auditing account deletion features, legal/privacy link integrity, and subscription flow logic
• Quality Strategy: Lead the automated regression testing process, champion high code quality within test repositories, and complement automation with targeted exploratory testing

What You Bring (Essential Skills & Experience)

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-level mobile and web automation frameworks from scratch
• The Automation Stack: Mastery of core testing frameworks, specifically Appium, Playwright, Selenium, or Flutter Driver
• API Performance Expertise: Proven track record of designing and executing load tests against APIs using tools like JMeter, Postman, Karate, or Insomnia
• AI Literacy: Practical experience utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI-powered testing tools like Gemini CLI to write, optimize, and debug test code
• Independent Initiative: A proven track record as a self-directed contributor capable of driving technical initiatives from initial concept to production deployment
