Quality Assurance Architect (C#, Selenium, SQL)

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategic Vision

• Drive QA initiatives and elevate technical excellence across the organization.
• Partner with QA Manager to design and continuously improve QA processes and methodologies.
• Shift team mindset from reactive testing to strategic quality ownership.
• Mentor QA engineers across manual and automation disciplines, fostering critical thinking.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Influence stakeholders by connecting quality initiatives to business outcomes.

Hands-On Technical Execution

• Define, document, and execute test plans and test cases for assigned work items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify appropriate testing criteria.
• Implement and maintain automated test infrastructure and test suites.
• Make informed decisions on manual vs. automated testing.
• Design and execute non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility).
• Optimize test infrastructure and automation frameworks for performance and scalability.

Collaboration & Process Participation

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and design discussions.
• Review work items, provide technical guidance, and propose testing solutions.
• Operate in Agile development teams, supporting design, development, testing, and debugging.
