Quality Assurance Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Architect with strong expertise in Automation Testing using Playwright along with Java or Python. The candidate will be responsible for defining automation strategy, designing scalable automation frameworks, and driving quality engineering best practices across projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-level QA and automation strategies.
• Design, develop, and enhance scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for automation testing initiatives.
• Develop robust automated test solutions using Java or Python.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for QA automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, DevOps, Product, and Business teams.
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and quality processes for QA teams.
• Drive test automation adoption across multiple applications and projects.
• Support CI/CD integration and continuous testing strategies.
• Review automation frameworks, test scripts, and technical solutions.
• Mentor QA engineers and lead technical discussions on automation architecture.
• Ensure quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance of automation solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Automation Testing and Quality Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright automation framework.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience in defining automation strategies and QA governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a QA Architect or Automation Architect.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern testing tools.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing is an added advantage.

Experience

• 12+ years of experience in QA and Automation Testing.
• Proven experience in architecting enterprise-level automation solutions.
