Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Conduct data analysis to support operational excellence and performance metrics.
  • Assist in collecting data, preparing reports and presentations for seniors.
  • Coordinate with managers across various functions and domains for the effective implementation and maintenance of ISMS.
  • Perform information security audits alongside the internal auditing team identified by the Lead Auditor.
  • Continuously engage with project managers/teams to create information security awareness and ensure security controls are followed effectively.
  • Monitor and review security metrics at regular intervals with function owners to improve the overall effectiveness of the information security policy.
  • Investigate, gather, and document internal security incidents via internal tools, ensuring appropriate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  • Support the cross-functional to implement the ISMS framework in line with ISO 27001:2022 across Kumaran Systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to operational excellence.

Professional Skills:

  • CMMi Framework / ISO 27001:2022 / ISO 9001:2015 certification (Implementation or Lead Auditor)
  • Experience with project management tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement techniques.
  • Certification in project management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
  • Understanding of industry standards and best practices in delivery excellence.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong documentation and process knowledge skills.
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Tools:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
