- 56 years of hands-on experience testing web applications (ERP or eCommerce preferred).
- Proficiency in manual testing, regression cycles, and defect management using JIRA or similar tools.
- Experience designing and maintaining traceability matrices.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and ability to review/update scripts.
- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools for predictive defect detection or visual validation.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks, tools, and platforms.

- Experience coordinating with clients to deliver demos, gather feedback, and align on expectations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 56 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance for web applications or enterprise software, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in ERP or eCommerce domains is highly desirable and will be a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, and performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner would be a plus.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools or platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
