About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for software quality, problem-solving, and ensuring a great user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Understand project requirements and design appropriate test cases.
- Execute test cases and record detailed test results.
- Identify, document, and track defects/bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Trello).
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Participate in functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure product quality meets the company's standards before release.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Having experience of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
- Knowledge of various testing types (functional, regression, smoke, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
