Future Duties and Responsibilities

• Manual Testing
• Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct functional, regression, UI, compatibility, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Execute smoke, sanity, and regression tests as part of CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration & Agile Practices
• Work closely with developers and product owners to understand business and technical requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile team.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot and reproduce reported issues.
• API Testing
• Perform API testing using Postman, including endpoint validation, parameter checks, response code verification, and data integrity validation.
• Test Automation Support
• Contribute to test automation under guidance from automation leads using frameworks like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Defect Management
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain clear test reports, traceability matrices, and test evidence for audits.
• Support UAT and production verification as needed.
• Continuous Learning
• Learn and adopt new tools or frameworks to improve test efficiency.
• Knowledge in Restaurant POS systems is considered a plus.
