Quality Assurance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis:

• Analyze and understand customer-provided requirements.
• Prepare and share queries with the Test Lead to clarify uncertainties.

Test Effort Estimation:

• Participate in test planning meetings to estimate effort for testing tasks.
• Provide accurate time and resource estimates for task completion.

Test Cases Documentation:

• Document detailed test cases based on assigned modules and tasks.
• Ensure test cases meet organizational standards and development methodologies.

Defect Reporting and Tracking:

• Report bugs accurately using appropriate tools and templates.
• Track and ensure resolution of defects according to priority and criticality.

Product Improvement Suggestions:

• Suggest usability improvements and share ideas with the Test Lead or relevant stakeholders.

Daily Reporting:

• Submit daily status reports summarizing testing activities, progress, and blockers.
• Maintain clear communication of work status to the team.
