JD for Quality Assistant Manager (Adverse Event & PV)

Location: MBP Ghansoli Navi Mumbai,

Salary depends on Current CTC.

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes.

Maintain and update quality documentation, policies, and SOPs.

Act as the primary point of contact for reporting and managing adverse events.

Provide training and awareness programs related to quality standards and AE/QC reporting

Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of adverse events as per regulatory requirements.

Work closely with clinical teams to monitor patient safety and minimize risks.

Maintain a database of reported incidents and track trends for continuous improvement.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including nursing, operations, and IT, to enhance quality and patient safety

Perform sample-based call quality checks and verify source data against the reported event.
