Operate and monitor assembly line machinery and tools to ensure continuous production flow and adherence to production targets.
- Perform in-line quality checks using appropriate tools and techniques to detect defects and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Accurately document inspection results and escalate non-conformities to supervisors or quality engineers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation, including changeovers and adjustments.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards consistently and report unsafe practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements.
- Work with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and precision.
