Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality and Technical Head at the company's footwear unit located in Kanpur. The role involves overseeing and ensuring the quality of products, managing technical processes, and leading a team to achieve production goals. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, analyzing production challenges, implementing improvements, and conducting training programs to enhance team performance and align with the organization's standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess and improve product quality and production processes
• Strong Communication skills for effectively liaising with teams, management, and stakeholders
• Technical Support expertise to identify and resolve technical challenges in footwear manufacturing
• Experience in Team Management to lead, coordinate, and inspire team members
• Ability to provide Training for skill development and knowledge enhancement in team members
• In-depth understanding of footwear manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control standards
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Leather Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
