Job Description

Role Overview:

Policybazaar is hiring a Call Quality Analyst to monitor and evaluate sales call interactions, ensure adherence to quality standards, and support performance improvement through effective feedback and calibration sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct call auditing and call monitoring for sales teams
  • Participate in call calibration sessions
  • Share structured feedback with agents and team leaders
  • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
  • Identify improvement areas and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare quality reports and performance analysis

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality / Call Auditing / Call Monitoring
  • Experience in sales process quality is preferred
  • Must have experience in call calibration
  • Strong communication and feedback-sharing skills
  • Good analytical and observation skills
  • Graduation is mandatory
