Quality Analyst

Designation: Quality Analyst

Location: Ghansoli

Working Days: 5 days a week | 2 rotational week-offs

Shift: Rotational Shifts

CTC: up to 4.20 LPA

Mandatory Requirement: Tamil language fluency

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality monitoring and mining to be done based on the audit target aligned

- Monitor, highlight and coach/mentor agents to achieve process improvement

- Perform weekly dip checks/ call listening activities to improve overall process performance

- Create reports for team's performance and update stakeholders

- Present quality-related inputs to clients whenever required

- Active participation in internal and external calibrations and maintain variance below permissible limit

Requirements:

- Graduation in any field is mandatory

- Excellent communication, both written and verbal in English and Tamil languages

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a QA on-paper

- Good knowledge of MS Office
