Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience and strong exposure to automation and testing. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development, and QA teams to gather requirements, ensure testability, and support automation initiatives across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and automation scope.
- Review and validate test cases, automation coverage, and defect reports.
- Ensure requirements traceability and support UAT activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming sessions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting test automation (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
- Knowledge of JIRA/Azure DevOps and SQL.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Exposure to API testing and CI/CD tools.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, ISTQB) are a plus.
