The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, reviewing, and analyzing testing results associated with procedural outcomes to ensure quality and regulatory standards are met, as well as any contractually required service-level agreements (SLAs). The incumbent is expected to have a deep understanding of collection-related processes and overall operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts to provide comprehensive and practical testing of adherence to regulatory, procedural, and SLA requirements.
• Identify and institute tests that accurately and effectively measure performance results, using data cleaning and preparation techniques that appropriately filter data, address missing values, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Trend, analyze, and provide regular reporting updates on operational outcomes, finding patterns through statistical analysis to enable the closure of any identified regulatory or procedural gaps and drives continuous process improvement.
• Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable and useful.
• Partner with pertinent personnel to ensure the completion of all required monthly, bi-annual, or annual activities as designated by the Project.
• Participate in and facilitate information sharing with your manager, business partners, and peers in a timely and efficient fashion to ensure widespread communication of pertinent information.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years quality assurance experience
• Experience with Tableau development
• Experience in Power BI, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, or any analytics tool used for building reports
• Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
