Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Analyst based in Rajkot. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring product and service quality through thorough testing, quality assurance processes, and quality management practices. They will develop and oversee quality control procedures, analyze data for consistency and efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed standards. The role also emphasizes clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of quality processes.

• Expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Quality Management principles and best practices
• Excellent Communication skills to articulate insights and collaborate across teams
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and suggest improvements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in software or web development industries is a plus
