Job Description

Understand the client requirements and get the work done accordingly.
Manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Attend client meetings to address concerns, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution.

Following the ISO processes and ensuring it get followed in the team.
