Quality Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. The Quality Analyst will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our products and services through rigorous testing, analysis, and process evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Designation: Quality Analyst

Roles & Responsibility:

Develop and execute test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.

Conduct manual testing, identifying and documenting defects and issues.

Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.

Identify, prioritize, and report defects and issues to the development team.

Perform regression, functional, integration, and usability testing on web/mobile apps.

Creating and maintaining detailed test case documents and reports.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience with both manual and automation testing methodologies and tool.

Required skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in the software quality field.

Proficiency in JIRA for issue tracking and test management.

Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to think from a user perspective.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
