Study the customer drawing with reference to the Engineering standards and concepts (GD&T).
Knowledge in Cad Drawing (GD & T) (CF & IF Concept Sheet preparation)
Update and communicate the inspection fixture development progress status of each event or milestones to customer as well as management.
Lead and coordinate new product development activities in alignment with customer specifications and organizational goals.
Lead problem-solving initiatives using methodologies like 8D, 5 Whys, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address internal and external quality issues. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Develop and maintain APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans as per IATF standards.
Functioning with the team for HLTO to achieve the part quality and closing the quality loop.
