What would your role at Navi Look Like
Perform regular call audits/side barging/field visits to assess and govern the quality of the process.
Identify Insights and remedy errors for the process.
Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
Compile and analyze data.
Publish error analysis and training needs indicators.
Investigate customer complaints and publish RCA.
What are some good skills for this role
Proven work experience in process improvement, process excellence, and quality assurance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst (Six Sigma/Lean Management)
