Quality Analyst Engineer- HLS Domain Expert

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with domain expertise in Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing manual testing of healthcare applications, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare data standards and the ability to design comprehensive test cases to validate complex healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of healthcare applications to ensure functionality, usability, and reliability.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Track, document, and manage defects using test management tools; collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Ensure that healthcare solutions comply with relevant standards and regulations.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Maintain thorough documentation of testing activities, results, and defect reports.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and healthcare standards to enhance testing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in manual testing, preferably within the Healthcare and Life Sciences domain.
• Strong domain knowledge of healthcare standards and data formats.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, JIRA, Quality Center).
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED CT is a significant plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• Prior experience working on healthcare applications, EHR systems, or related software.
