Responsibilities of a Quality Analyst
- Design and develop test plans, test cases based upon functional and design
specifications
- System validation and verification
- Review design documents, BRD's to ensure expectations are clear and testable
- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers and product
managers to understand requirements and develop test cases
- Identify and Document Defects: Actively identify, document, and track
defects to ensure high standards of quality
- Staying UpToDate with new testing tools and strategies
- Attend and actively participate in regular agile team meetings
Qualifications For a Quality Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related technical
- 2+ years of work experience
- Knowledge on any scripting language is a plus
- Team player, excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies a
must
