Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Plan and execute qualitative research studies, including IDIs, FGDs, ethnographies, in-depth interviews, and observational studies.
- Moderate focus group discussions and interviews (in-person/online).
- Ensure quality recruitment and adherence to research timelines.
- Capture verbatim, identify themes, patterns, and underlying motivations.
- Analyze qualitative data and synthesize insights into structured findings.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and client-ready decks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, field partners, and clients.
- Ensure ethical standards, confidentiality, and data integrity throughout the study.
- Develop discussion guides, screeners, and research frameworks aligned with study objectives.
