Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Qualitative InsightsSpecialist to bridge the gap between raw interview data and actionable intelligence. In this pivotal role, you will review and refine audio transcripts of interviews with influential buyers of financial services (buy-side), ensuring maximum clarity and precision. By actively analyzing these conversations, you will curate critical insights and high-impact quotes—filtering out noise to deliver essential Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to our sell-side clients. Combining a sharp financial acumen with a focus on efficiency, you will proactively influence business decisions in piloting AI-driven improvements, driving enhancements in operational efficiency and the quality of client deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities

·       Review and Edit Transcripts: Review and edit audio transcripts of recorded interviews with influential buyers of financial services, ensuring maximum accuracy and clarity.

·       Identify and Extract High-Impact Verbatims: Actively listen to and analyze audio to identify, isolate, and curate critical insights, themes, and key quotes (colour) that directly impact buy-side decision-making.

·       Prioritize Actionable VoC Insights: Evaluate content to determine which messages are most critical for our sell-side clients, filtering out noise to highlight actionable feedback and sentiment.

·       Strategic Understanding: Leverage your insights into the financial world to interpret the context of discussions from decision-makers on the buy-side, ensuring only the most relevant intelligence is delivered

·       Proposing, managing, and piloting process improvements—such as refining AI editing workflows or identifying new data patterns — in coordination with Operations and Technology teams.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

·       Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.

·       Demonstrated ability to make independent editorial decisions regarding content relevance and accuracy.

·       Up to date on financial industry developments to understand the context better while editing interview transcripts.

·       Ability to accurately hear and interpret spoken words and solid understanding of English grammar rules.

·       Ability to multi-task and is organized, focused, and diligent.
