Requirements

Develop a deep understanding of our philosophy, approach, and suite of services to effectively align client needs with tailored financial solutions
Conduct thorough assessments of client profiles to design personalized financial plans based on their goals, risk appetite, and financial position
Monitor the implementation and progress of financial plans, holding regular check-ins with clients to ensure alignment with the recommended strategy
Verify, cross-check, and validate all financial plans to ensure they are comprehensive, realistic, and compliant
Execute client servicing activities, offering ongoing support and resolving queries to enhance client satisfaction.
Create and deliver nudges—timely reminders and communications—to encourage clients to take recommended financial actions
Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
