Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in both Accounting and Finance within the FMCG sector. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, costing, and working capital management in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- Finalization of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
- Preparation & analysis of MIS reports for management decision-making
- Budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
- Working capital management and cash flow monitoring
- Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances
- Coordination with auditors (Internal & Statutory)
- Costing analysis, inventory control & margin monitoring (FMCG products)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Support business teams with financial insights and profitability analysis
Key Requirements:
- Qualified CA (Mandatory)
- 38 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
- Must have prior experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of GST, Taxation, and Financial Reporting
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling high-volume transactions
- Knowledge of product costing and distribution finance
- Strong understanding of supply chain finance in FMCG
