Role Description
We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality control processes for our pharmaceutical clients in Bhiwadi. This is a full-time on-site role where the successful candidate will ensure that our clients products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.
Experience 5-7 years.

Job Responsibilities
- Guiding a team and developing of new SOPs
- Evaluation of product and suggesting modification if any.
- Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
- Recruitment and training of Staff in the QC department.
- Managing the resources for QC activities.
- Suggestions for Software and hardware development of products.
- Software testing and validation.
- Troubleshooting Quality Control etc.
- Production of new reagent as per requirement.
- Responsible for Q.A.activities
- Decides actions to be taken for disposition, of non-conforming materialproduct
- Co-ordinates for ensuring timely corrective action
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or another relevant field
- 5 years of experience in quality control in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge and experience with cGMP, GLP, and FDA regulations and guidelines
- Experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, and UV
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage and develop a team
