Job Description

Overview

Seasoned Contracts & Commercial Process Transformation Expert to lead end-to-end process standardization and transformation across the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Sales value chains. This role drives high-priority, cross-functional initiatives to simplify, harmonize, and optimize processes, ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational excellence. The expert will partner with leadership and global stakeholders to design future-state processes, implement digital solutions, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

This position requires up to 20% travel.

SUPERVISION:

Report into GPO/GBS Process Management

Responsibilities:

Process Design & Optimization

  • Lead the design and implementation of standardized processes across the QTC and Sales lifecycles, mainly Contracting and involving Quote -to-Invoice, lead-to-close, billing and dispute resolution.
  • Streamline interdepartmental handoffs to reduce manual touches and improve scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define unified and optimized process taxonomies, service delivery models, and performance metrics.

Transformation & Change Leadership

  • Steer enterprise-wide transformation programs, shaping stakeholder-aligned future states for inventory, contracts, and sales processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and Lean/Six Sigma sessions to identify gaps, determine & implement solutions, drive adoption, and embed continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management efforts, including communication plans, training, and reinforcement of new processes and tools.

Technology Enablement

  • Support ERP (SAP S/4HANA), Sales and Contract tools and Microsoft Dynamics
    • Microsoft Dynamic Implementations by translating business requirements into optimized process solutions.
    • Partner with Technology and Operations teams to enhance digital tools, ensuring visibility, automation & AI, and data-driven decision-making.

Governance & Compliance

  • Maintain and govern process documentation, ensuring adherence to global standards and policies.
  • Implement controls to mitigate risks related to contracts, revenue recognition, and customer obligations.
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance across Contract Management and sales operations.

Performance & Reporting

  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to assess process effectiveness, scalability, and project success.
  • Provide insights to leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Leadership & Capability Building

  • Mentor process analysts and coach teams in continuous improvement and project management methodologies.
  • Build organizational capability to sustain operational excellence and transformation momentum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Supply Chain; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in QTC, Contract Management, sales operations, or process transformation within a global business environment.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, process optimization, and digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and Sales and Contract tools ,SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or other process design frameworks; certification (Green/Black Belt, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Experience in shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
