Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Staff and Managers, located in Faridabad. Staff members will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness and service standards. Managers will additionally take responsibility for team leadership, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring consistent operational excellence. Both roles require a dedication to providing excellent customer experiences and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to engage with customers and ensure a positive experience
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other staff members and support a harmonious work environment
- Basic operational knowledge, including cash handling, inventory management, and food safety practices
- Leadership and organizational abilities, particularly for managerial roles, including experience in team management, scheduling, and training
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle various situations in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food safety or restaurant management are appreciated
