Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Manage on-site quantity verification, measurement audits, preparation of project cost estimates,
and thorough scrutiny of all contractor billing.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Check, verify, and certify contractor measurement sheets against physical execution on site.
* Scrutinize running account (RA) bills, final bills, and claims submitted by contractors.
* Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, cost forecasts, and material reconciliations (cement, steel).
* Manage variation orders, site instructions, and extra-item rate analysis according to contracts.
* Coordinate closely with project execution engineers to validate joint measurement records (JMR).
