Job Description
Project Name: Project Management Consultancy Services (PMC) for Construction of Double line electrified Railway Track with signalling and telecommunication system and related infrastructure for the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor Project.
Functional Area: QS Manager (Claims)
Location: New Delhi
Duration: 18 months
Qualification: Minimum B.E./B.Tech. (Civil Engineering).
Overall Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years experience.
Experience in similar position: 8 years in relevant experience towards management of contracts related to civil works. Fully conversant with FIDIC Conditions of Contract
Preferred Age: Below 45 years.
Functional Role: Contract Manager (Civil) shall be responsible for management of contracts related to civil works. He shall carry out tasks related to Contracts Management/Project Management; Manage Claim Control, Manage Change Control; Programme Management, Communication Management with Client, Check Quantity of work executed and check payment certificate in relation to PMC2R Contract or other any project of OC India by PD/Dy. PD & reporting personnel and or OC India HO.
