Qualification - B.tech/Diploma in civil engineering

Responsibilities

• Create BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings
• Create BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Estimate project costs and budgets
• Check and certify contractor bills (RA bills)
• Track material and project costs
• Handle variations and extra work claims
• Coordinate with site and project teams
