Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a QS Billing Manager specializing in Corporate Interior Fit-Outs, located in Gurugram. The QS Billing Manager will review and process invoices, ensure the accuracy of billing systems, manage revenue cycle operations, and oversee the end-to-end billing process. Other responsibilities include tracking project costs, preparing reports for stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with project budgets and milestones will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Billing Process, Invoicing, and Billing Systems
• Strong Analytical Skills with attention to detail and an ability to interpret financial data accurately
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management to optimize billing efficiency and performance
• Familiarity with corporate interior fit-out projects and budget management is preferred
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Previous experience in interior fit-out sectors is an advantage
