Qs and Billing Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ludhiana for a QS and Billing Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, rate analysis, and checking and verifying contractor bills. Responsibilities include overseeing quantity estimation, cost assessment, and ensuring accurate billing systems for current and upcoming projects. The engineer will also collaborate closely with project teams to maintain project budgets and timelines, as well as prepare reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quantity Surveying and preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Comprehensive knowledge of Billing Systems and Rate Analysis
• Excellent Analytical Skills with a focus on cost efficiency and accuracy
• Prior experience in construction or real estate development will be an advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proficient in relevant software tools and applications used in QS and billing processes
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work across teams
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under tight schedules
