QS & Estimation/Contracts

Responsible for cost planning, estimation, and budget management of real estate projects. Ensure accurate cost forecasting, prepare detailed estimates, and monitor project expenditures to optimize profitability.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.

Assist in tendering, vendor selection, and procurement planning.

Monitor project costs, track variations, and report to management.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers for cost-effective solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience 10+years in quantity surveying and cost estimation in real estate.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing techniques.

Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel,)

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
