Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote Bajaj Pay QR & Soundbox solutions. The role involves acquiring new merchants, installing payment devices, educating merchants about digital payment solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit shops, retail outlets, and businesses in the assigned territory.

Generate new merchant leads and onboard them onto Bajaj Pay.

Sell and install Bajaj Pay QR Codes and Soundbox devices.

Explain product features, benefits, and payment solutions to merchants.

Complete merchant documentation and onboarding process.

Ensure successful installation and activation of QR & Soundbox.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Provide after-sales support whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

12th Pass or Graduate

700+ CIBIL Score (Mandatory)

Age below 35 years

Good communication skills in Kannada (Hindi/English is an added advantage)

Must be willing to travel within Bangalore, especially North Bangalore

Passion for field sales and customer interaction

Preferred Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently

Basic smartphone handling skills
