QPC Manager (Steel Casting Flux)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain QC/QA for Steel Casting Flux plant and refractory products.
• Monitor rejection levels, perform RCA, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive cost reduction and optimize use of reclaim materials & old inventory.
• Manage product data (PDM) and process improvements.

Skills & Competencies

• 5+ years in Steel Casting Fluxes / QC (caster shop experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good planning, organization, and multitasking ability.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
