Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QMS Executive with 3-6 years of experience to manage, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with applicable standards (ISO 9001 / AS9100 / 13485/ 16949). The role involves ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and implement QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 / AS9100 / 13485/ 16949 requirements
- Control and manage documented information (SOPs, WI, formats, records)
- Conduct internal audits and ensure closure of audit findings
- Support external audits (certification, surveillance, customer audits)
- Ensure compliance with quality standards across departments
- Monitor KPIs and quality objectives; report performance trends
- Handle CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and root cause analysis
- Ensure proper change management and document revision control
- Support training and awareness programs related to QMS
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 / 13485/ 16949 standards
- Experience in internal audits and audit handling
- Good understanding of documentation control and process mapping
- Knowledge of tools like CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
