Role Description
The Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, processes, and certifications in the manufacturing of high-performance bearings. Tasks include developing, implementing, and auditing QMS procedures, evaluating production processes, and identifying areas for improvement in alignment with organizational goals. The role requires close collaboration with production, engineering, and management teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot, Gujarat.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO standards) and process auditing
- Understanding of precision engineering, production processes, and quality control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and root cause analysis techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software and MS Office tools
